DTM Distributors is a rapidly expanding company with growing staff needs. There are three main branches of employment at DTM. Below are descriptions of duties for each branch. Truck Drivers
DTM Distributors is searching for safe, responsible, hardworking drivers to deliver our product. DTM offers competitive salaries for Class A Commercial Drivers. We service a six hundred mile radius. Our drivers deliver during the week and are typically off duty Saturday and Sunday. DTM requires a clean driving record, at least two years experience, the ability to do heavy lifting, and a CDL-A. Warehouse
DTM Distributors operates out of a facility in Bowling Green, KY. Our warehouse holds frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods. The warehouse positions are phsyically demanding, requiring workers to lift items up to eighty pounds. There are entry level positions with opportunity to advance to team leader. There will also be opportunities to earn a Class A Commercial Drivers' License. Applicants must be willing to work Sundays. Sales Representative
DTM Distributors, the region’s premiere Hispanic food service distributor, is looking for a Sales Representative. This position is responsible for sales to foodservice accounts within an ever increasing geographic area. The primary area of focus for the position will be selling, promoting, merchandising, and implementing programs which positively affect the sale of the DTM Distributors product line to the Hispanic foodservice customer. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be motivated, goal oriented, and will have experience in building sales relationships through sustained customer service.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent planning, oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about the industry.
- Prior Foodservice industry sales or equivalent sales experience.
- Problem solving skills
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Travel required

The office Personnel of DTM services over two hundred accounts. Each account must have their orders taken, invoiced, and the bill collected. Office Personnel responsibilities include, but are not limited to, customer service, data entry, inside sales, and payroll processing. In these roles, programs such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Creative Solutions, and Microsoft Outlook are used on a daily basis. Because DTM works with predominately Hispanic accounts, speaking Spanish is helpful, but not required of employees. Applicants must be willing to work Sundays.
